Carrington, North Dakota
Proud to be American
Carrington is the first city in North Dakota
to show our patriotic
spirit by painting our Water Tower
Red-White & Blue
The painting was completed in June of 2003

Carrington is located in the central eastern portion of North Dakota. We are called the "Central City" because we are within a 150 mile radius from the 4 largest cities in North Dakota: Fargo, Bismarck, Grand Forks and Minot.
Carrington is a progressive mid-sized city of approximately 3000 residents. We are the commercial center of Foster County. Our community has developed into an active service center with over 150 businesses and professional services, growing industrial park, great schools and health care. Our rich agricultural heritage has made Carrington the safe and wholesome place that it is. Carrington is great place to live, work and raise a family with low crime rates, clean air, friendly neighbors, and an attractive environment .
